About the Role

This is a full-time position during regular office hours - Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Wide range of duties include general office tasks, heavy phones, excellent customer service, data entry, MS Office - strong on Excel, QuickBooks a must, light accounting, multi-tasking, run office errands, making travel arrangements, and other general office duties.


This position requires a person who can multitask in a busy environment. Must have excellent phone skills and reliable transportation. Excellent typing, oral/written communication, and computer skills; able to work independently and on a team; operate general office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, multi-line telephone system, and scanner; knowledge of software, databases, and word processing programs. Experience in a service company environment - previous experience at an A/C or plumbing company preferred.
