The agenda usually consists of Safety training, field reports, time cards, open work orders, goals for the week, AND usually just a little bit of 'giving each other grief' so that we don't take ourselves TOO seriously, AND we build camaraderie through the process! Leak found on our customers cross docking condensing unit. Cracked flare swivel Union on the oil return equalization line caused the system to blow its charge & a substantial amount of oil. We were able to get them back online & made sure to identify the root cause to get the wheels in motion for additional needed repairs. Here is a video of a refrigerant leak that was located on a condensing unit. The condenser fan cycling controller pressure transducer thread was leaking. Was able to tighten it up and recharge the system to get the customer back up and running! RSCS Texas keeping our customers KULE!
